All BMC Community Members are welcome to participate.

Prompts for the Week:
Monday: Take a photo with a BMC Community member (student with professor/staff/admin)! Can be completed over Zoom/In-Person Physically Distanced
Tuesday: Take a photo at your Favorite Place on Campus or in your Community! We suggest with a friend 🙂
Wednesday: Moment of Gratitude: BMC Thank You Notes: Write (on paper!) an appreciation note to a faculty, staff member, student!
Thursday: Take a photo in nature, of nature, or your pet!
Friday: Reflections on WEW2021 & Thank you Message for a speaker/workshop host!
Take a photo of:
- something or someone that makes you feel happy/smile/positive feelings
- a moment of self-care
- engaging in a health and wellness practice
- something you’d like to share to be added to the BMC Community Virtual Scrapbook
